The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our rental division and help tenants find their ideal homes across Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after communities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play a vital role in maintaining our strong landlord relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial rental properties
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase features to prospective tenants
  • Match tenant requirements with available properties in our portfolio
  • Process rental applications and conduct tenant screening
  • Prepare tenancy contracts and coordinate with Tawtheeq registration
  • Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate move-in procedures and handover processes
  • Maintain regular communication with landlords regarding property status
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and document conditions
  • Handle lease renewals and ensure timely processing
  • Update property listings across multiple platforms
  • Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Valid RERA license or ability to obtain one immediately
  • 1-3 years experience in property leasing or rentals in UAE
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi rental market and communities
  • Legal authorization to work in UAE

Preferred:

  • Arabic language skills (highly advantageous)
  • Additional languages: Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or others
  • Experience with Tawtheeq registration system
  • Familiarity with ADDC/AADC processes
  • Understanding of ejari and tenancy laws in Abu Dhabi
  • Property management background
