The Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy and organized Listing Agent to manage our property portfolio across major online platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling listings, managing lead flow, and ensuring our properties receive maximum exposure on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and our website.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and publish property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and company website
- Write engaging property descriptions and highlight key features
- Upload high-quality photos and ensure accurate property details
- Update and refresh listings regularly to maintain visibility
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from all portal leads promptly
- Qualify leads and distribute them to appropriate sales agents
- Track lead response times and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Ensure listing compliance with portal guidelines and regulations
- Optimize listings for search visibility and performance
- Remove or update sold/rented properties immediately
- Coordinate with photographers for property shoots
- Generate weekly reports on listing performance and lead metrics
Requirements
Must Have:
- 1-2 years experience with property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
- Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills
- Excellent written English for property descriptions
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple listings
- Familiarity with basic photo editing tools
- Understanding of Abu Dhabi/Dubai property types and locations
Preferred:
- Real estate background or RERA license
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics
- Arabic language skills are a plus
