The Role

Join our seasoned team as a Real Estate Sales Agent and leverage our established market presence to build a successful career in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients across residential and commercial segments
  • Conduct property viewings in key Abu Dhabi areas including Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Masdar City, and Al Raha Beach
  • Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions with market expertise
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets
  • Maintain our CRM database with accurate client and transaction records
  • Represent Address Point Properties at developer launches and networking events

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Valid RERA license or ability to obtain one immediately
  • 1-2 years real estate sales experience in UAE (exceptional candidates with strong drive considered)
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Legal authorization to work in UAE

Preferred:

  • Arabic language skills (highly advantageous)
  • Additional languages: Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Mandarin or others
  • Existing client network in Abu Dhabi/Dubai
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and off-plan market
  • CRM software proficiency
