5.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • That you will find a suitable property
  • That a property will sell or rent within a specific timeframe
  • Any specific financial return or outcome
  • The accuracy or completeness of third-party information
  • That all properties listed are currently available

5.3 Commission and Fees

Our commission structure and fees:

  • Commission rates will be agreed upon in writing prior to service delivery
  • Standard commission rates apply unless otherwise specified
  • Commission is earned upon successful completion of a transaction
  • Additional fees may apply for premium services
  • All fees are subject to applicable taxes
  • Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement

5.4 Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
  • Cooperate in good faith throughout the transaction process
  • Inform us of any material changes to your circumstances
  • Attend scheduled viewings and meetings punctually
  • Review all documents carefully before signing
  • Pay agreed fees and commissions in a timely manner
  • Not circumvent our services to avoid paying commission

5.5 Third-Party Properties

Properties listed on our Website may be owned by third parties. We:

  • Act as an intermediary between buyers/renters and sellers/landlords
  • Are not responsible for the condition or quality of third-party properties

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Company Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, including but not limited to:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR AED 5,000, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.

15.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Address Point Properties.

These Terms are written in English. In case of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
